Description
We're hiring Administration Assistant

To process Purchase Ledger transactions and provide administration support along with the existing team.

Location - Gloucester

Hours - Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Logging and recording invoices from suppliers
  • Checking supplier invoices
  • Inputting invoices into bespoke house system


  • Reconcile statements

  • Investigate and resolve queries
  • Taking on any other tasks and ad hoc duties as requested to support the wider team and business General
  • Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking/conferences/associations/groups, to stay current within your role, looking to innovate always.
  • Maintain a positive & solutionoriented approach to work, providing open & honest feedback.
  • In all internal & external contact, present a professional & positive image of the Group as well as maintaining mutually constructive, positive, & beneficial relationships.
  • Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality.
  • Undertake such other duties, training &/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, & which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
