As a Paid Media Executive, you'll focus on our biddable media platforms, working alongside the Media Strategists and Planners, with the support of our Paid Media Specialists, for the duration of each campaign, providing best advice and the latest trends and innovation across your channels.

We are looking for someone with experience of Paid Search (Google and other SEM platforms) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok and many more), and ideally with some display experience (YouTube, GDN and other Programmatic platforms and ad networks).

You will be involved at the start, from campaign briefing through to end of campaign insights and future recommendations.

You will keep an eye on the campaign performance and help drive the profitability of the media team by delivering success for each client across their measurable goals through performance, efficiencies and return on investment.

You will be responsible for:

Key point of contact for Media Strategists, Planners and Executives, driving the daytoday business forward, coordinating and collaborating with various stakeholders and partners.
Planning, implementing and managing all biddable media channels within the campaign.
Preparing detailed media plans, targeting and tactics.
Accurate media budget management planning, forecasting and optimisation.
Independently carrying out media research, training and certifications.
Ensuring updatedate media marketplace knowledge.

Ideal experience:

A good level of experience and strong interests in Paid Search (particularly the Google Ads suite) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok and others).
Experience of Display (YouTube, GDN and Programmatic platforms and ad networks) is ideal.
Knowledge of sitewide, audience and conversion pixels creation, implementation and status testing.
Knowledge of SA360.
Experience of working with colleagues, confident to handle daytoday discussions and collaborate.
Understanding of the media planning process, from brief taking through to channel recommendation and forecasting.
Experience in working with a full range of media channels.
An understanding of the role individual channels can play, how they complement each other and how success can be measured (working with Media Strategist/Planners outside of the Biddable Media channels).
Attention to detail for budget management and clientfacing documents and presentations.
Curious, motivated and proactive to bring new ideas to the team and challenge the brief/clients and wider media team.
Organised to manage workload between team/client/campaign tasks and deliver to agreed deadlines.
Good communication and collaboration skills to proactively tackle any challenges in any campaign.
