Overview:
We are currently seeking a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
- Prepare and present property listings to attract potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth transactions
- Stay uptodate with market trends and changes in the real estate industry Skills:
- Strong administrative skills to manage paperwork and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Salary:
From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
