FULL TIME POSITION FOR A MULTI-SKILLED TRADESPERSON
We are an "all in one" leading commercial property maintenance service, 365 days a year 24 hours a day.

Founded in 2007, we are recognized by some of the UK's leading Blue-Chip companies for providing years of quality facility maintenance solutions with a rapidly expanding and loyal customer base.

We are based in Stafford but carry out work over an extensive area of the UK stretching from The Lake District down to Oxford, from Nottingham and Derby across to Wales therefore we have teams which cover the North and the South

Due to business expansion, we are looking to recruit a Multi-skilled Tradesperson for a permanent full-time position including being on call which is done on a rota basis between the team.

The main duties of the role will be to carry out emergency repairs and planned project work in the commercial sector.

Work must be carried out to the highest of standards and within the agreed SLA time frames.

Duties Include:
*Plumbing

*Electrical

*Flooring

*Roof repairs

*Carpentry

*Plastering

*Painting

*Tiling

*Drainage

Relevant qualifications in these trades would be desired, however, experience in these trades would still be considered.

You must be self-motivated and hardworking as well as willing to learn new skills.

A company van will be provided for you to carry out your duties.

Due to the nature of this role a full UK driving licence is essential.

Earning potential of £30,000 - £40,000 including bonuses and overtime.

Please note being multi-skilled across trades is an absolute must.
