Support in identifying, developing and implementing a range of wellbeing offers and benefits for the use of all Trust staff.

Support the workforce and organisational development teams in ensuring that equality and diversity are embedded in the design and delivery of the wellbeing offerings including policies and procedures.

Work closely with all Business Units and staff networks to ensure the programmes offered equally benefit all Trust staff.


The wellbeing offerings will assist in the recruitment and retention of excellent staff and the Trust to be seen as an employer of choice.


Co-ordinating the day-to-day inclusion work of the workforce department, including documenting progress, planning and working on suitable projects with a task and finish approach, data collection and providing administrative support to the Deputy Director of Workforce and Head of Employee Relations and Wellbeing.
