Customer Service Agent, you expertly bring to life the Northgate experience, managing the needs of customers, colleagues, and managers to ensure our vehicles are where we need them to be when we need them to be there.


Life as a Customer Service Agent with Northgate Vehicle Hire


Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be and, as a
Customer Service Agent, you will be right at the very center of it.

You're often the first point of contact for customers; so confidently delivering
great service with a smile is second nature.

Where
you excel is in managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles so you can say yes to booking, resolving a customer rental query, administration of a customer account, or overseeing the daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.


You don't need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team (our
proven induction training will take care of that) but you'll need all of your customer service know-how, administration skills, and most importantly your calm, 'can-do' attitude (along with the Full UK or EU Driving Licence, of course) to get things done.


The branch in Bristol_ _is home to a fleet of over 1700_ _light commercial vehicles and along with 10 very experienced Technicians is a key branch in the Northgate network.

Maintaining administration for a wealth of customer accounts, creating and maintaining vehicle damage claims and liaising with other Northgate bodyshops.

Part of a strong team of 4 you will report to the Rental Manager and be the Face of Northgate, meeting, greeting and assisting customers.
