Key Responsibilities for a Year 4 Lead:

Provide outstanding leadership to the Year 4 team, aiming for exceptional teaching quality, efficient use of resources, and the highest possible standards of learning and achievement for all students.
Inspire, lead, develop, and enhance the teaching practice of others within Year
Actively manage and seek to improve the practices of colleagues within your year group, aiming for a positive impact on wider student outcomes.
Foster and model excellent behaviour throughout the school, and support colleagues in promoting positive behaviour.
Play a crucial role in broader school leadership, challenging the status quo, asking critical questions, and finding solutions to ensure that the school continues to flourish and improve.
Uphold and promote the school's vision, culture, and ethos.

Key Requirements for Year 4 Lead:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Excellent classroom management skills.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing the highest quality of education for all students.
