Field Sales Account Manager - £40,000 Basic Salary + Company Car + £10,000 Uncapped Commission
Territory - South-East (Kent, Sussex, Surrey)
An fantastic field sales account management role where you will be joining a multinational, well established company within the automotive sector.
Predominantly managing an existing portfolio of distributors across your territory, this an ideal role fora proactive field-based Account Manager who can spot opportunities for business development within the accounts you manage.
With a strong presence already within the territory, this role will be predominantly account management, only a small element of the role will be spotting new business opportunities.
If you are currently stuck in a purely new business role client facingrole but want to move into more of a client relationship, account management role, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Our client is a global market leader within the automotive industry, selling a variety of self-developed, bespoke solutions.Their product range has been developing rapidly as technology has advanced since they were established in 1964, this has allowedthem to saturate the market and be a dominate player within.
All training and product knowledge will be provided, with on-going support and development within the position throughout. Genuine progression opportunities will arise, with a variety of positions opening up, allowing you to progress through the company.The Role
- Manage an existing network of distributors, ensuring that they are pushing product sales to end users.
- Spot potential new business opportunities, constantly aware and looking for new opportunities to sell through.
- Managing your own diary and territory, having the autonomy and freedom to schedule meetings with existing customers when would be most suitable.
- There is no requirement for product demonstrations, this is simply a role where you will be managing existing/new relationships of the distributors who sell the products.
Experience Required
- Previous experience in a Technical Sales role, ideally selling through distribution channels.
- An ability to manage a collection of distributors or key accounts.
- This role would be better suited to an individual who falls more on the sales side, rather than the technical.
