After a period of training and shadowing, you will work across a number of community locations, delivering one-to-one careers guidance, aspirational/motivational group work and supporting young people schools.

Whilst you are training, you will move between our teams to give you a broad experience and understanding of the different client groups we support.

We invest in your training and development to help you to continuously grow in the role.

We have our own accredited Training Centre who will support you through your Level 6 qualification, (worth £3,045) which takes people approx.

As a member of the Flexible Response Team, you will be based in our Head Office in Liverpool City Centre, but could be delivering services in any of the boroughs of Merseyside, so we need you to be able to travel to different sites.
