Description
STEM recruitment solutions are looking to expand their highly successful team with the addition of a Recruitment Consultant. This is covering an established warm desk dealing with Engineering focussed vacancies across the country.

You will work a hybrid role covering temp and perm recruitment in the manufacturing sector with some superb contracts to manage, but with time to develop new clients also.

The role is based from home 2 days a week and the other 3 are based in Bellshill so you need to be able to drive.


We operate a unique business that allows you to work with some highly experienced recruitment professionals and receive all the support and development you require in order to carve yourself a successful long term recruitment career.


The position would suit an experienced recruitment professional or someone with an Engineering background who is keen to work in a sales environment.

The position will involve a wide variety of tasks including:
Sales - both phone based and in person

Interviewing

CV formatting

Writing adverts

Administration
