£24,000 rising to £25,000 per annum after Probation + up to 5% bonus**
Monday to Friday - Shift Patterns 7-3, 9-5, 10-6pm
(Hybrid working, 3 days in office & 2 days working from home)

- Be resilient with your approach to work always presenting professional, courteous and knowledgeable behaviour to clients, service users, field staff and
- Liaise with external clients to enhance client relationship to support business growth, often establishing additional demand and promoting nurse availability.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a customer service or customerfocused environment with the customer being at the heart of everything that we do
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines whilst remaining resilient.
- The drive to learn and grow your skillset to improve performance with a willingness to pick up the phone and speak to people as much as possible
