We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Care Manager to join our team in Doncaster on a full time, permanent basis.


Our ideal applicant will have a proven track record in delivering a home care service, experience of working with a high volume of service users and strong people management skills.


We are also open to applicants who have a strong care background, ideally within a senior role, who are looking for their next development opportunity within a growing organisation.


Working in a dedicated, fast paced team, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Taking a lead role in implementation of new complex care packages, working closely with families & commissioners and recruitment activity
  • Support and assist the Operations Manager and deputising for them when required.
  • Support with planning, coordination, development and administration activities with the purpose of providing a professional quality service.
  • Management of accidents incidents and complaints
  • Training and development of officebased staff.
  • Coordination of complex discharges from hospital settings.
  • Ensuring all CQC requirements, relevant legislation, and standards along with policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Attendance at meetings with commissioners, families and with the wider MDT.

Your working hours will be between 09:00 -17:00 Monday - Friday.
