Adecco currently have an opportunity for a Training Advisor based on our client's site in Leyland

Training Advisor

£15.46 per hour

Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:15 and Friday 08:00 - 15:20

6 Month Temporary position initially with a view to a perm role after the 6 months

Main Duties and

Responsibilities
***- Be a point of contact for training and development within the

Support training and development projects with within
Support on a wide range of adhoc courses to all groups of
Provide support in the management of apprenticeships within the
Coordinate external training activities within the business, ensuring all activities meet the learners
Support the facilitation of internal development
Develop skills and abilities to provide generalist HR support to the business in areas including recruitment, employee relations, and absence
Undertake other HRrelated activities as necessary to support the

Experience and Qualifications

Experience of supporting the delivery of effective training events to a wide range of
Experience of dealing with external training providers, apprenticeships and the Apprenticeship Levy is an
Confident, with welldeveloped interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with people at all
Organised, with a structured and methodical approach to
Selfmotivated and able to work on their own
Level 5 CIPD to associate or chartered level is desired but not essential
