An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director to join a friendly Birmingham based construction business and oversee a brand new concrete frame Residential project in Birmingham City Centre.

They specialisein the Residential sector and are proud to have a reputation for delivering quality projects, on time and to budget.

The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing this project all the way through and managing the on-site staff.

About you:


  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
  • NVQ Level 6 or equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence
