The Company

Wellpoint Group supply and maintain a state-of-the-art touch-screen health kiosks, allowing individuals to measure their weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat content, blood pressure and heart rate.

Users are able to complete questionnaires, incorporating their test results, in order to assess their risk of a wide range of conditions.

Test results can be printed, or sent to the user's mobile phone via SMS, and users can register to effectively track their progress over time using our digital platforms.


Role
The role of the Customer Service Assistant is a multi-disciplined role, including:

  • Client liaison, scheduling jobs for engineers
  • First line Technical Support, primarily triaging, reporting faults and scheduling jobs as required,
  • Providing absence cover for the Service Engineers,
  • Providing absence cover for the Service Operations Manager.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling jobs for our Service Engineers,
  • Monitoring kiosk performance and raising helpdesk tickets as required,
  • Triaging reported faults,
  • Remote support of kiosks,
  • Supporting the Service Operations Manager,
  • Occasional kiosk preparation and testing,
  • General office duties.
  • Full training provided_
As often the frontline representative of the company, you will also have the opportunity to 'project manage' some clients. This could range from taking orders for consumables to informing clients of new products and systems.

Normal business working ours are. 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, although some out flexibility will be required to deal with out-of-hours problems.

While Wellpoint HQ is located in Grantham, East Midlands it may be possible to work remotely. No relocation package is offered.


Training, skills and qualifications

  • Administration/organisation experience
  • Usage of Microsoft packages (particularly Excel) and overall good computer skills,
  • Clean Driving Licence

Additional skills and qualifications (not essential)

  • Project management
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK,
  • Knowledge of electrical installations
  • Knowledge of telecommunications & data communications systems (specifically Wi-Fi and 3G/4G),
  • Portable Appliance Testing experience.

Salary:

£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
