The candidate will be advising on a broad range of funders and private equity houses/borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions.

The firmacts for private credit funds, all the UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks and other alternative capital providers on all types of facilities from acquisition finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance to asset basedlending, securitisation and debt capital markets.
