The Apprenticeship Team has responsibility for admissions for all new apprentice applicants, managing relationships with employer clients and overseeing all aspects of apprenticeship funding claims.

This team is now going through significant expansion throughcreation of new roles to support the continued growth of both the range of apprenticeship programmes we offer, and the number of employer clients and learners that we support.

The Apprenticeship Advisor role will lead on supporting applicants throughout the process of applying.

Using the information gathered through the initial assessment process, the Apprenticeship Advisor will liaise with the academic course team to design abespoke training plan for each learner.

The Apprenticeship Advisor will also support learners as they complete their apprenticeship, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place to evidence their successful completion.


This role will require strong customer service and varied administration skills, alongside the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with applicants.

Knowledge of apprenticeships, higher education and/or the wider education sector would be advantageous.

Health, Social Work, Construction, Engineering, Management, HR, and Teaching, and so experience related one of these sectors would also be advantageous.
