The Role
BASE LOCATION:
Bellshill (Hybrid)
SALARY:
£30K - £38K Depending on skills & experience
WORKING PATTERN:
Permanent | Full-time (35 hours per week)
Role Description
Using talent acquisition methods and seamless on-boarding, the
Talent Acquisition Specialist will source for roles such as Microsoft Dynamics, Cyber, Infor, Comms and other support functions.
Working collaboratively with the HR team and various Stakeholders you will recruit and secure top IT and support talent for the organisation.
Using a variety of techniques you will actively seek out talent in the market and make contact, creating a talent pool for current and future recruitment requirements.
You will support the onboarding and ongoing development of our people ensuring they have the skills for their current and future career - aligned with the needs of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an end to end in house recruitment service reducing the reliance on specialist recruitment agency
- Oversee the onboarding process ensuring successful integration into the organisation
- Support the People Strategy alongside the HR team
What do I need?
- 2+ years' experience in a recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or resourcing role in a fastpaced commercial environment, securing talent across multiple role types and seniority levels (ideally in technology industry)
- Track record of using creative sourcing strategies e.g. using LinkedIn proactively to source and headhunt talent
- Previous experience of interacting with HR staff and hiring managers to understand talent requirements
- Organised, innovative with a proactive approach to problem solving
- A hands on, sleeves rolled up approach, working alongside a small, collaborative HR team who have an exciting People Strategy to fulfil
