Working within our multidisciplinary in-house creative agency, our Brand Coordinator is someone who is passionate about building brands that will emotionally connect with our audience.

From new products to global markets, the Twinkl brand is rapidly growing.

As a member of the brand team they'll have the opportunity to be part of this growth, supporting teams across the company to grow the Twinkl brand in a way that builds trust.

We're looking for someone with a keen analytical eye and that enjoys working in a busy, deadline-driven, creative environment. The role would be suited for someone with previous experience in teaching, marketing or copywriting.

A good level of copywriting skills is essential as you'll be writing copy from scratch, as you create brand positioning and key messaging to support the marketing of Twinkl's products and services.

Training on the role will be provided, so if you are enthusiastic about brand, this is a great career opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in the area.


Ongoing projects/how you'll spend your day:

  • Product branding
  • Working with product owners, you'll create comprehensive brand guidance to support other teams on how to market and communicate new and existing Twinkl Products and apps to our global audience.


  • International Growth

  • Working with country and segment managers you'll create guidance that supports them to market Twinkl in a way that will connect with their specific audience whilst remaining consistent to the Twinkl brand.
  • Twinkl's Tone of Voice
  • You'll be responsible for nurturing the voice of Twinkl and using it to connect with our customers.


  • Customer understanding

  • To really understand what makes our customers tick, an important part of the role is collecting, analysing and reporting on brand perception research.


  • Delivering training

  • You'll need to be a confident communicator and be able to deliver brand training to other groups and teams within Twinkl.

In this role, you will learn:

  • Brand strategy, brand building and marketing principles
  • Gain experience in Marketing, PR and internal communications.
  • Gain project management experience.

You'll work with:


  • Others in the brand team, including another brand coordinator and brand designers.
  • Country/Segment Managers and Product Owners to understand their market/product and support them in communicating effectively with their audience.
  • The creative team supporting them bring brands to life with visual and copy direction

Requirements:


To succeed in the role, you will:

  • Be a clear and confident communicator who is able to articulate ideas well
  • Be a strategic thinker and problem solver able to see the bigger picture and join the dots
  • Be able to write clear specifications and guidelines with support
  • Be organised, efficient and detailed in your work with a selfdrive to manage your own workload
  • Take pride in your work, producing a consistently high quality output
  • Have basic analytical skills and able to articulate findings well
  • Seek out collaboration whilst balancing the advice of our clients with your own expertise.
  • Have a teachable attitude, open to feedback and how to improve.
  • Enjoy working in a busy, deadlinedriven, creative environment

We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:

  • Previous industry experience building and maintaining brands
  • Previous experience as a teacher/educator
  • Previous experience as a marketer or writer
  • Good level of copywriting skills
  • A good understanding of Twinkl's audience
  • A creative eye
  • An understanding of social media principles, platforms and methodology.
