    Job Description

    We are seeking a Finance Analyst to support the development and maintenance of our budgeting and forecasting tool, as well as create reports.

    This role is part of the Business Planning, Analysis and Decision Support team, which is at the forefront of change in new markets and other areas of the Business.

    You will be fully embedded in the development and maintenance of our new forecasting and reporting tool, working closely with stakeholders across the Finance department and the wider Business.

    This role is eligible for our hybrid working from home policy.

    Key Skills and Experience

    • ACCA or CIMA part qualified.
    • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or relevant commercial experience.
    • Experience in financial analysis, modelling, and interpreting large datasets.
    • Advanced Excel functions and financial modelling.
    • Familiarity with financial systems and data visualisation tools would be advantageous.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Self-driven with a proactive approach to tasks.
    • Knowledge of Power BI.
    • Experience working with Vena or similar software solutions such as Workday would be beneficial.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Developing and maintaining financial models and reporting in our new tool.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand Business requirements and provide financial insights.
    • Conducting various analysis and identifying areas for process improvement.
    • Creating and delivering reports and presentations to communicate financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Assisting in the production of budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
    • Supporting the implementation of financial systems and tools to streamline processes.
    • Participating in strategic projects by providing financial expertise and analysis.
    • Responding to other analysis requests from various departments to support decision making.

    Salary:

    $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

    This salary range is based on national averages for this position in the UK.
