Boston Energy have a great opportunity for 2x Project Coordinators to join our North East Hub.You will work in a small team with additional support coming from our head office, located in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

General Description:
Responsibilities include:
- Constant communication with our technician pool to ensure they are okay on project and deal with any queries they may have
- Ordering of Technician Clothing orders
- Constant communication with clients regarding queries and requirements on projects
- Keeping profile up to date with technicians currently working, our live vacancies etc. to ensure all reports are pulled through correctly
- Approval of expense up £250 and keeping finance spreadsheet up to date with accommodation cost when technicians book their own accommodation
- Creation of Work Assignments
- Following up the recruitment teams conversations with appropriate technicians for any live vacancies. Following up with project details.
- Sending CV's of relevant technicians to our client and chasing feedback
- Onboarding of new technicians and coordination of the teams to ensure the technician is ready to go on to project
- Ensuring leavers process is followed during end of contract, termination or resignation
- Welfare calls with technicians who require them
- Monitoring expiry of all technician training courses/contacting technicians to arrange/booking of courses/payment of courses through credit or raising PO/compiling bonding agreements if applicable/sending out joining instructions to techs
- Retrieving training certificates after the course is complete, recording on our records (training matrix/technician files) and uploading to the necessary portals for the customer
- Sending our relevant contracts
- Attend Client meeting and reviews
- Changes to contracts during upskilling and reflecting this on profile as well.
- Resolving any issues on project with technicians and customers.
- Coordinate the technicians' movements and maintaining a strong relationship
- Keep the travel team up to date with any changes
Reports to:
Project Manager
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- GCSE or equivalent Mathematics and English
Desired Educational Qualifications:
- ILM Level 5
Minimum Previous Experience:
- Previous recruitment experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Other Skills:
- Full UK/EU Driving License
- Health and Safety awareness
- Excellent communication skills, with motivation to achieve targets.
- Interdepartmental liaison
- Understanding the recruitment process with a strong eye for detail
