GB Group Northwest Ltd is looking to employ an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in the Recruitment industry.

This is a dual role as primarily an appointment setter with the ability to help the team with administrative duties when required

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with little experience in the sector.


Based in Stockport, we strive to supply the best employees in the Construction sector, no knowledge of this sector is required as it will be taught on the job.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Familiarise yourself with essential details of our products and services.
  • Accept calls from prospective clients as they arise.
  • Schedule a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
  • Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered via our CRM database
  • Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
  • Inform the Manager of recurrent productrelated complaints that warrant addressing.
  • Prior experience as an Appointment Setter,
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Professional and courteous disposition.

The the duties the role will consist of:

  • Securing leads and appointments for the sales team/Sales Representatives
  • Hitting appointmentsetting goals/meet deadlines
  • Developing prospective customers
  • Fielding inbound calls/incoming calls
  • Cold calling/contact clients
  • Setting appointments
  • Ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with sales teams
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Calling current clients to reschedule meetings
  • Data entry
  • Adhering to the company's policies
  • Researching new clients/lead generation
  • Building knowledge of the company's Services
  • Evaluating potential leads
  • Promoting the benefits of products or services
  • Providing information to customers on social media
When required to be able to jump on and help with the following

  • Handle phone calls and correspondence to establish a good working relationship.
  • Being organized and keeping your own diary management
  • Handling customer service queries
  • Ensuring our staff staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
  • Previous experience as an appointment setter and office administrative skills,
  • Well presented.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of MS Office and computer literate.
  • Is a team player and works well in a team

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
