What's it all about?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Performance, Data, and Insights to join our Retail Operations Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for using data-led strategies and collaborating with stakeholders to drive improved customer and business outcomes.

As the Head of Performance, Data, and Insights, you will work closely with various stakeholders in Retail, including Operations, Propositions & Digital, Underwriting, Sales & Distribution, and MFU heads.

By collaborating with these teams, you will develop a data strategy, analyse performance, and provide insights and recommendations that will contribute to the overall growth and success of our Retail MFU.

To excel in this role, you will need to be a natural collaborator, problem solver, and influencer.

Your curiosity, growth mindset, and ability to challenge the status quo will enable you to explore opportunities for further growth and optimization across our entire Retail portfolio.

By leveraging data trends and understanding synergies, you will identify areas for improvement and scale these enhancements across all our MFUs.

This will allow us to consistently improve our ways of working and achieve greater efficiencies.

How can I contribute and what is expected of me?

To excel in this role, it is important to possess a comprehensive understanding of our Retail business operations, our customer base, Distribution channels, Underwriting practices, Digital technologies, and Data landscape.

This knowledge will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement that impact both our customer outcomes and Profit and Loss.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with each RLT member to lead and implement Data or Change initiatives that enhance our overall performance.

In addition to these initiatives, you will also be responsible for creating our Retail Data strategy, collaborating with the DAA Team and our Retail Data squad to prioritise and manage data demands, aligned solutions, and Data capability required to achieve our Retail strategy.

You will have strong commercial awareness, business acumen & understanding of our Retail landscape, with a growth & challenger mindset to identify opportunities & deliver successful change initiatives that drive improvements in Performance.

What will I need?:

A natural influencer, collaborator, and great Communicator to drive Data led Change that delivers our Retail strategy.
Experience in leading & executing Change and & / or Data led strategies that improve Customer outcomes and Business performance.
The ability to drive both strategic & BAU Data priorities working directly with Senior Stakeholders and DAA Team.
The ability to manage stakeholder's expectations, building strong working relationships providing challenge and being able persuade and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes.
Ability to formulate, monitor and track impact of improvement initiatives.
