    About the role

    We are seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Executive with hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central.

    The successful candidate will be working within our Amplifi function – a recently upgraded and fast-growing full-service Amazon growth agency that sits within our value-added services umbrella located in SmartBase, Aviation Business Park, Bournemouth.


    This is a key role, working closely with our Ecommerce Account Manager and Amazon Advertising Manager, focused on delivering operational excellence within Seller Central.

    You'll be responsible for daily operation of client's accounts, including catalogue management and operational support - helping our clients grow on Amazon by ensuring their account runs smoothly and effectively.

    Key Responsibilities
    Manage Amazon product catalogues
    Create and optimising listings
    Implement A+ Content and Brand Stores
    Utilise Amazon import templates (listing loader, price & quantity files)
    Handle case management to escalate and resolve issues with Amazon
    Build reports in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and other formulas)
    Create and manage FBA shipments (training is provided)

    About you
    2+ years' experience working within Amazon Seller Central
    Previous ecommerce experience (agency experience is a plus)
    Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
    Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
    Comfortable working in a dynamic, client-focused environment

    Benefits
    Salary – Up to £30,000 DOE
