Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team a diverse team of Information Security Consultants and Analysts across the UK
  • Act as an SME for information Security/ VCISO Projects in the UK (30% delivery focused and 70% management focused)
  • Occasionally collaborate with members of the sales team in a Pre-Sales capacity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure the continued enhancement of services to clients.
  • Advise clients on relevant information security services, both as an onsite resource and through projectbased services.
  • Input into the strategic growth of the Information Security service department and recruit for your growing team.

What you will need:


  • 5+ years of experience working in Information Security
  • A deep understanding of common security policies and frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc...
  • The ability to work effectively both in a delivery capacity as well as manage and grow a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The desire & ability to work in a fastpaced, startup like environment
  • A proven leadership capability
  • Previous management experience
  • Previous experience working for a consulting firm.

Salary:
£95,000.00-£105,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Oxford
