Reed Financial Services are proud to represent a regional based IFA firm with various entities, in looking to recruit an experienced financial planner.

This is an excellent and rare opportunity to join a well-established, multi-award-winning firm offering outstanding employee benefits and incentives


The role is predominantly office based in Caerphilly, with expectation to travel for client visits - expenses can be claimed back.

Salary - up to £60,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:


  • Development and growth of an account of clients to predetermined targets
  • Represent the company at external and professional functions
  • Preparation of presentations and submissions to insurers and suppliers
  • Review market results, analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research, to make suitable insurer and product recommendations and demonstrate competency by explaining the recommendation
  • Produce and present reports to clients and prospective clients
  • Conduct periodic reviews with clients to review their needs
  • Arrange cover to comply with the client instructions
  • Check all documentation for accuracy before issuing to clients or appropriate parties
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect records
  • Build good working relationships with clients, prospects and business introducers
  • Advise line manager of any current, potential or perceived problems with insurer markets or service providers
  • Assist colleagues in the completion of their duties
