Many Hands Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for a Contracts Co-Ordinator for our illustrious client based in Worcester who specialize in the Production and Logistics Sector.

This is a full time office based position.

Hours of work for this Position

  • 0800 to 1630, Monday to Friday. With an early finish on a Friday of 1330

Duties include:

  • Processing all customer enquiries and orders in an accurate, professional and timely manner in accordance with the company KPI's.
  • To action any other reasonable request from the Department Manager or member of the Senior Leadership Team and assist the team as applicable.
  • To undertake such other duties, Projects, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of the job.
  • Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
  • Good Telephone manner
  • Must be standards driven and detailorientated
  • Must have the ability to multitask in fastpaced environment
  • IT literate with experience of databases and MS Office

Pay per Annum for this position:

  • £22,000 to £24,000, experience dependent.
