Premium fashion brand are seeking a Franchise Development and Brand Manager to develop brands across the globe through licensing activity.

This role is based between the UK and UAE with extensive worldwide travel.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategic development of the licensing and franchise programme.
  • Identify new opportunities for licensing and franchising the brands across new territories.
  • Develop new partner relationships and research and approach new entrants to the market.
  • Negotiating new partnerships and renewals. Managing contracts through to execution and ongoing compliance.
  • Daytoday management of licensees and franchise partners, including product and range development, coordinating approvals, marketing and promotional activity and financial reporting.
  • Project manage new international store openings; including standalone stores, concessions and multibrand concepts.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Track partner delivery timelines, commercial objectives, growth strategies and KPI's.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting and reporting
  • Managing legal compliance and ethical business practices across licensing/ franchise operations.
  • Identify, implement and monitor performance of commercial and promotional activity.
  • Produce initiatives and brand collateral to help manage partner performance and bolster brand presence.
  • Establish and Maintain commercial files for all brands
  • Plan Partner market visits as appropriated
  • Maintain current levels of royalty/ income and grow
Required Experience

  • Brand Marketing & Business Development experience
  • Experience of international licensing industry and processes
  • Language skills are an advantage but not essential
  • Well organised and able to deliver to tight deadlines
  • Ability to relate to various cultural aspects
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel regularly to meet partners
