Do you have passion for providing great customer service and working within a friendly team? ICR Scotland are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Support Apprentice to join the existing team as administrative support.

ICR Scotland are a leading provider of EPoS systems across Scotland, using state-of-the-art software to deliver efficient and tailored solutions for the retail and hospitality sectors.

ICR are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to their clients while expertly providing solutions.

In this role, you will quickly pick up the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in the role and will become a valued member of the the team while completing an SCQF Level 6 Digital Applications Apprenticeship.

Their small, friendly team is the perfect environment to grow your skills and learn all about digital administration in an office.

ICR Scotland has supported numerous past apprentices and are committed to supporting the growth and development of their apprentices, many of which are still within the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technicians site appointments and update diaries using digital calendars
  • Update client CRM systems and maintain correct details
  • Update and manage client quotations and letters through word
  • Update and respond to clients via social media and website inquiries
  • Update content on company website
  • Other ad hoc admin as and when required

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Patience and understanding when communicating with users
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative unsupervised and prioritise work according to business needs
  • Being able to work as part of a team in a professional, responsive and effective manner
  • Selfmotivation
  • Coordination skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office
There are plenty opportunities for progression within ICR.

28 days holiday allowance.
