Teaching Personnel work with a number of schools throughout the Maidstone and surrounding areas, to supply them with qualified teachers as and when the need arises.

We supply for day-to-day, short-term, long-term and permanent vacancies and are urgentlyrecruiting for teachers to join us.


We have seen an increase in requests from schools in recent weeks, with a number of schools in need of consistent staff to provide continuity for pupils.

We work with schools all over the area and can introduce you to schools in your local area.


We are able to work to your specific requirements and will always be transparent, ensuring a Win/Win situation for you and schools.

We are happy to register any qualified teacher whether you are an NQT/ECT looking for your first permanent teaching role orare looking to wind down into semi-retirement working just a day a two every week.


If you are looking for a permanant role full or part time, we can also offer this with the school that we work alongside.

Requirements:

  • Be a newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education.
  • Have the ability and experience of Primary teaching
  • Have good classroom management skills.
  • Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and a creative approach
  • Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
