Graphic Designer
At The HEX Group, we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We are looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create eye-catching visual representations.
The role will assist with marketing activities across multiple divisions of The HEX Group, presenting the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects.
From new product launch campaigns to customer presentations this role is perfect for those who enjoy a dynamic and varied role.
The person best suited for this role will work independently as well as cooperatively with the rest of their team.
Working closely with the Group Marketing department, the Graphic Designer will work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
Key accountabilities include:
- Collaborate and brainstorm with various teams across the business to generate creative ideas and concepts for various design projects
- Produce highquality visual designs for both digital and print media
- Develop content for new and existing projects, from social media posts to fullscale branding projects
- Awareness of online and website trends to remain relevant
- Graphic design to support ongoing Group events
- Understand and implement The HEX Group guidelines and objectives
- Design corporate literature, marketing material and commercial merchandise
- Demonstrates exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Consistently produces original and visually appealing concepts
- Proficient in industrystandard design software, Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
- Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and a polished finished product
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience within a graphic role or similar

- Competitive salary dependent on experience
- Hours of work are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, with 2:00pm finish on Fridays
