Exciting People and Culture role working for a renowned global agency providing a range of generalist HR support.

Do you thrive on the people aspects of the HR function and can you build relationship across the business?


Partnering with a range of departments including Legal, IT and Finance you will build relationships and add-value to the people, culture and HR teams.


THE ROLE:

  • Measure HR metric dashboards
  • Drive key insights and decisions to support growth and retention
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance management and employee engagement
  • Manage initiatives including culture led activities
  • Work with business to ensure effective employee lifecycle
  • Champion initiatives on Diversity & Inclusion
  • Recruit open roles across the business
  • Onboard new employees and ensure they experience successful induction and probation
  • Ensure business understands policies and procedures
You will ideally work in a HR role for an Agency and have a passion for people and culture.
