Technical Product Specialist - Chipping Norton, United Kingdom - VoCoVo
Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Learn and understand the product's technical details
- Develop the ability to effectively present the product to potential customers, calibrating the level of detail to suit the audience
- Take a lead role in designing and launching beta test programs; track and support beta customers, analyse outcomes and generate reports
- Proactively explore use cases, including with customers, and help develop relevant documentation
- Support QA, including handson where necessary, with relevant product information, and facilitate appropriate levels of communication with developers and suppliers. Help with the creation of technical documentation
- Liaise with relevant Product Owners, including joining standups, etc., during the development phase and offer appropriate levels of support

- Comfortable in a startup (SME) environment where flexibility and agility are key
- Experience working in a product team, preferably in a productled environment
- An understanding of how technical products are brought to market through distribution channels
- Ability to travel, including abroad
Technical Knowledge:
- This person will need to be interested in, and have an aptitude for, technology generally.
- Logical thinker with the ability to analyse technical issues and problems, and communicate results to the appropriate stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical support for sales channels
- Build relationships with peers in the sales channel
- Provide technical product training
- Provide installation and postsales technical support
- Feeding information and data into the product team Issues
- Improving the development of existing products
- Managing the launch of new products
- Conducting market research and analysing industry trends
- Analysing and documenting the product development process
- Leading internal and external audits of the products
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Resolving customer issues
- Collaborating with the development team and Product Manager
