Day-to-day duties include:
- Business development/marketing and some PR based activities
- Arranging meetings, liaising with PAs and important clients
- Maintaining constant change
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Managing Directors expenses
- Travel coordination & Hotel bookings (national and international)
- Creating complex itineraries
- Booking Directors into conferences and events
- Run errands for the Directors
- Managing finance/invoices on behalf of the Directors
- Coordinating client events/Breakfast, lunches and dinners.
- Organising office summer and Christmas parties/Events
- Researching venue, catering options, activities and keeping in line with budget.
- Remain the first point of contact at all times for all events.
- Typing of various correspondence for the office i.e. PON's, News Letters etc
- Creating new contacts and organisations into workspace management systems.
- Maintaining project directories for all projects and making sure contacts are up to date
- Typing Minutes and Agendas
- Photocopying and scanning
- Keeping track of the meeting room diaries as well as the office diary
- Liaising with technical support staff as required
- Assisting the receptionist with incoming calls and refreshments for meetings
- Assisting the receptionist with answering the telephones

- Creating new projects, contacts and organisations into the workspace.
- Staff attendance/ holidays and sick days
- Creating letter templates
- Creating distribution lists
- To be considered for this role you should be an experienced PA (3 years+) with a background in advertising, production or similar creative ideally.
- You should be a forward thinker and incredibly organised, able to prioritise well and stay several steps ahead of your team.
- You'll be assisting in marketing areas also within a tight remit so a creative approach will help.
- Naturally inquisitive and curious with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent relationship management skills and a natural people person.
- You will be able to multitask with ease and will be a safe and trusted pair of hands.

Salary:
£28,754.92-£31,683.00 per year
