Description

Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with an MOD Refurbishment \ Maintenance Contractor to recruit a Plumber \ Multi Trade Operative for a permanent role - undertaking works across the Catterick and surrounding areas.


The Role:

This role will be undertaking mainly refurbishments works in void properties, together with some repairs and maintenance in occupied.


Duties:


  • Plumbing tap, toilet, basin changes, bath installs, connecting pipework, fault finding
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works
  • 2nd Fix Carpentry Skirting, Architrave, Hinge and Door Handle changes
  • Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
  • Patch Plastering
  • Silicone Sealing
  • Snagging Works
  • Logging works via PDA
  • Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

Company Benefits:


  • Basic Salary: £30,000 £33,000
  • Callout 1 in 5 weeks = Additional £2500 £3000 per year
