Inflow is looking for a dedicated and compassionate coach to join our fast-growing team and provide virtual coaching sessions via Zoom.
In this part-time, flexible position, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our members.
Our technology and operations allow you to spend your time providing direct care while we handle administrative tasks for you, from member onboarding and scheduling to billing.
What you'll do:
- Deliver virtual coaching sessions for 50 minutes tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
- Assist members in accessing and utilizing both inapp and external resources
- Collaborate with Inflow's clinical leadership to improve our clinical approach, policies, workflows in order to create the best experience for each client.
- Develop content as needed for our members on adult ADHD.
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with Product and Clinical teams
- Work alongside other psychologists, therapists and ADHD coaches
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience working with adults with ADHD
- Licensed as a coach or therapist or in a similar field e.g. LCSW, PsyD, or PhD
- 2+ years experience providing mental health services to adults
- Open to working remotely
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- True team player and highly collaborative
- Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal regulations as determined by relevant regulatory bodies and the law
- Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and willing to incorporate innovation into your care
