Working hours are based on a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday.


A career opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Administrator is offered by Hunters' client, a large and global aircraft support specialist.

The Helpdesk Administrator works alongside other members of the vibrant and sociable IT Department to provide technical supportto all departments.

The Helpdesk Administrator provides First line support L1 to company staff for IT issues. Training will be provided in all aspects of the role.


Helpdesk Administrator - duties:


  • Administration of Freshdesk software
  • Answering support calls
  • L1 support for Dell desktop systems, software and other hardware
  • Escalate issues to L2 support within a set KPI

Helpdesk Administrator - the fit:


  • Practical knowledge of Windows 10 / 11 (additional training provided).
  • Some experience of MS Window Server 2012/2016/2019 would be preferred
  • Practical knowledge of standard computer hardware
