Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for creating sophisticated, stylish and classic cocktails and drinks in stunning surroundings.

The flawless service of the waiters combined with your energy and creativity will ensure that our bar and restaurant are at the heart of the hotel's social scene.

What we are looking for


We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK.

Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
