Job Summary


To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Agent located in Warrington,UK.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Respond in a timely manner to customer queries using clear communication that answers all potential questions and have a first-time right work ethics
  • Liaise with repair engineers in Budapest to proactively communicate with customer
  • Set up repair requests in Salesforce ensuring all necessary data is captured and clear for future reference
  • Arrange collections and liaise with couriers to achieve targets
  • Maintain ownership of issues and ensure if something is promised, it happens
  • Strive to achieve and exceed company service goals
  • Represent the customer's brand to their utmost satisfaction, Spot improvement opportunities, Take initiative owning and learning new tasks
  • Build positive relationships with team members and contribute to a dynamic and motivated atmosphere, supporting team leader and program management when requested
The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • GCSE qualification or equivalent
  • Fluent English & advanced language skills in Italian (preferably native speaker)
  • Work effectively in a fastplaced environment
  • Strong initiative and passion for continuous improvements, thinking outside the box
  • Excellent organizational skills ability to prioritize and remain calm is important
  • Excellent customer service skills and being able to handle difficult conversations
  • Must be computer literate and have good keyboard accuracy
  • Eligible to work in the UK

Advantageous:

  • Experience in working in a customer faced role using both written and verbal communication methods
  • Additional advantage Salesforce, Tableau and/or SAP knowledge, Data analytics experience
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge particularly Excel
