About the Role:

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our brand's presence, both online and offline.

Your canvas will be vast, ranging from the digital realm of social media management across all major platforms to the physical world of event orchestrations.

Your core responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Social Media Savvy:
Craft and curate engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics, turning insights into action.

Brand Stewardship:
Be the custodian of our brand's image and voice. Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels, fostering brand recognition and loyalty.

Internal Communications:
Act as the linchpin for internal messages. Ensure that our team is informed, engaged, and motivated, maintaining the Chameleon spirit across all internal touchpoints.

Event Management:

From concept to execution, oversee corporate events that not only resonate with our brand ethos but also leave a lasting impression on attendees.


Industry Recognition:

Take charge of entering industry awards, spotlighting our innovative projects and talented team, elevating our brand within the industry.


Partnership Liaison:

Work closely with external digital marketing and PR partners, ensuring a synergistic approach that amplifies our brand's reach and impact.


About You:


  • You are a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to conceive and execute compelling marketing initiatives.
  • You have a proven track record in social media management, brand management, and event coordination.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, capable of weaving the Chameleon narrative in a way that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • You are a team player, thriving in collaborative environments but also capable of taking the initiative and working autonomously.
  • You have an eye for detail and a passion for excellence, always striving to elevate the brand experience.

Salary:
£27,000 - £30,000 per anum
