Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Resolving delivery issues and liaising with our couriers
Supporting customers with website and product queries
Raising tickets for technical support (in the event you can't resolve)
Issuing refunds and arranging returns, processing purchase orders and general administration
Working closely with the warehouse team, escalating orders
Supporting the Account Managers, developing relationships, promoting new products
What you'll bring with you:
You need to be interested in technology, able to grasp technical concepts and have the willingness to learn how stuff works.

Starting salary of £21,675 rising to £22,500, overtime rates and commission structure after passing a probation period.
