We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Lead Practitioners to join our Level 10 team.

As a Level X Practitioner, you will be an essential part of our educational team.

We are looking for adaptable and skilled educators who can maintain a positive and engaging learning atmosphere while following established strategised plans for all students.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Practitioners seeking flexibility in their schedules.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement workshops plans provided by on site Level X member.
  • Manage student behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide support and assistance to students in their learning activities.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and parents.
  • Maintain a safe and organised culture.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience working with young people.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and teaching materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:


  • Availability for oncall assignments.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice
  • Duties:
  • Educate and instruct students in a classroom setting
  • Develop and implement lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines
  • Provide individualised instruction to students with special education needs
  • Work with students on the autism spectrum, using specialised techniques and strategies
  • Conduct tutoring sessions to support students' academic progress
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
  • Mentor and guide students in their personal and academic development
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Encourage creativity through activities such as creative writing exercisesRequirements:
  • Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students

Job Types:
Full-time, Zero hours contract


Salary:
£12.00-£20.00 per hour
