As a Level X Practitioner, you will be an essential part of our educational team.We are looking for adaptable and skilled educators who can maintain a positive and engaging learning atmosphere while following established strategised plans for all students.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Practitioners seeking flexibility in their schedules.Key Responsibilities:
- Implement workshops plans provided by on site Level X member.
- Manage student behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide support and assistance to students in their learning activities.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and parents.
- Maintain a safe and organised culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with young people.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and teaching materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Availability for oncall assignments.
- Flexibility to work on short notice
- Duties:
- Educate and instruct students in a classroom setting
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines
- Provide individualised instruction to students with special education needs
- Work with students on the autism spectrum, using specialised techniques and strategies
- Conduct tutoring sessions to support students' academic progress
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
- Mentor and guide students in their personal and academic development
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Encourage creativity through activities such as creative writing exercisesRequirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students
Job Types:
Full-time, Zero hours contract
Salary:
£12.00-£20.00 per hour
