Afternoon Shift Counterbalance Drivers Wanted

Join or client, who we are currently seeking skilled
Counterbalance Drivers for our client based in Leamington Spa. Unlock excellent temporary-to-permanent prospects following an 18-week trial period.

Shift Details and Pay Rate:

Shift:
Monday - Friday, 13:30 - 21:30 (Afternoon Shift)

Pay Rate:
£12.60 per hour

Responsibilities of the Role:

As an accomplished Forklift Truck (FLT) Operative, your role will revolve around Counterbalance driving.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks, including but not limited to:

Loading and Unloading:Efficiently handling the loading and unloading of goods, encompassing put-away and picking processes.

Diverse Cargo: Unloading and distributing a diverse array of items from containers into the warehouse or from curtain-sided trailers. The items' sizes may vary, making the role physically demanding at times.

Training and Versatility: Receiving relevant training if required to work in other areas of the warehouse, contributing to a versatile team environment.

Requirements for Success:

Valid Counterbalance License:Possession of a valid Counterbalance license demonstrates your capability in operating forklifts.

Previous FLT Experience: Your previous experience in FLT operation is vital for seamless task execution.

Attention to Detail:Your meticulousness ensures precision in all operations, maintaining quality.
