Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare Monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Prepare a Monthly Profit and loss Statemet
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with VAT
