  • Follow all active sales leads, ensuring maximisation of sales, this includes effective diary management as well as upselling to guests during planning stages of events.
  • Produce and distribute event running sheets and communicate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth running of events.
  • Liaise with event organisers in planning stages of events, including preparation of contracts and quotations
  • Showrounds with potential customers Wedding fayres and open days / nights Administration such as; table plans, wedding planners, room allocation forms, menu's, etc
  • Meet and Greet guests on day of event
  • Good Admin Skills and be familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good attention to detail
  • Evening and weekend working

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.45 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
