- Follow all active sales leads, ensuring maximisation of sales, this includes effective diary management as well as upselling to guests during planning stages of events.
- Produce and distribute event running sheets and communicate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth running of events.
- Liaise with event organisers in planning stages of events, including preparation of contracts and quotations
- Showrounds with potential customers Wedding fayres and open days / nights Administration such as; table plans, wedding planners, room allocation forms, menu's, etc
- Meet and Greet guests on day of event
- Good Admin Skills and be familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good attention to detail
- Evening and weekend working

£10.45 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
