Do you have a passion for product leadership that you could bring to one of the most prestigious multi-media agencies within the UK?

As Head of Product you will have the opportunity to facilitate the commercially driven creation of digital products and solutions for B2B clients, as well as for customer-facing propositions.

You will be representing the amazing portfolio of products that deliver news, sports and entertainment content to their media and corporate customers.

With an established Agile approach to technology development, innovation and delivery, your role will be centralto that.

As part of their commitment to being a fully Agile organisation, they require a smart and inspirational Head of Product who can lead and support the product and engineering teams to deliver world class software solutions.

They are leading the way with other key customers, and their portfolio of products and services spans pictures, video, data APIs, graphics, and social media curation.

Working with a wide range of clients including broadcasters, publishers, and newspapers -their news service provides much of the content you read and watch.


What you will be involved in:

  • Develop an external focus for customer research,market analysis, competitor trends and analysis.
  • Drive data driven decision making and developproduct performance management.
  • Develop a product roadmap aligned toorganisational vision, objectives (OKR's) andstrategy.
  • Utilise bestpractice product managementprocesses to understand, prioritise and deliveragainst the strategy, roadmap and backlog viadistributed agile delivery squads.
  • Establish and champion product capability,processes, and product delivery.
  • Create and develop the product capability,process and tooling so that I can continuouslydeliver products, features and enhancements.
  • Support the team's work by removing blockers,opening doors, and developing relationships thatbenefit the team.
  • Mentor, coach, develop, and motivate directreports

Ideally, you will bring:

  • Head of Product andexperienced in agile delivery at scaleand can utilise appropriate techniques to achievesustainable, highvelocity, quality delivery (e.g.
Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

  • Solid understanding of data, API's and digital architectures comfortable leading technical architects and legacy systems, facilitating sessions with clear logical outcomes.
  • Strong problemsolving skills focus on solutions rather than problems providing options, implications, and recommendations.
  • Delivery focused, proactive at getting things done through effective leadership
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in eCommerce, Machine Learning, B2B Enterprise will be a distinct advantage
