Property Negotiator - Fulltime - Whitehaven Office

The Role:

We are currently looking for a Property Negotiator for our Whitehaven Office, someone who is passionate, full of energy, customer service driven and has a 'can do' attitude giving them the ability to thrive in a very busy office environment.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Reception management
  • Handling initial enquiries
  • Arranging viewings and market appraisals
  • Carrying out viewings and viewing feedback
  • Offer Negotiation
  • Sales Progression
  • Property Reviews
  • Business generation seeking opportunities
  • Achieving agreed office sales targets
