'''Duties'''- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Must be computer literate and comfortable using various office equipment
