We have the opportunity for Part-Time staff to join our Customer Experience Team at our Head Office in Livingston. The schuh Customer Experience Department is a fast paced environment where the customer always comes first.

As a company we lead the way with our customer service effort and believe this is what sets us apart from others.

The Customer Experience Department is open 7 days a week. Current opening hours are;
Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm / Saturday / Sunday
(Opening hours will be extended at busier times of the year)

This position will consist of working evenings and weekends.

Effectively engage with customers via video and text chat services.
Deal with service related queries through various social media platforms.
Help our high street stores with any problems or queries.

About the location

Neilson Square is the home of our original warehouse and distribution centre, as well as many head office functions. Situated in Livingston, our site is inbetween Edinburgh and Glasgow and very easily reached by car and public transport.
