Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk (Full Time or Part-Time)

Working pattern and hours to be discussed at interview

  • Excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Familiarity with data entry software
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Working knowledge of Sage or similar

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Processing invoices to database in an accurate and timely manner
  • Month end supplier statement reconciliations and resolution of queries
  • Month end credit card analysis onto Sage Line 50
  • Dealing with supplier payments and invoice queries
  • To undertake any other tasks as instructed by the Financial Controller
Previous Purchase Ledger experience is essential for this role. This is an office based position so you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance from Wellingborough.
